**The role**

Reporting directly to the Blueberry Grower, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of the Blueberry team to ensure the quality and KPI's are achieved.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist the Blueberry Grower:

- to manage workloads through supervision and delegation
- in training and development of team members to complete crop work tasks
- Operate ATV and spray units
- Make fertiliser mix to specifications
- Undertaking leadership and on the job training
