About the Role
  • This is a Permanent (Specialised) position based in Victoria, Australia.
  • You will take a dedicated route within our Grapes category.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, plant, and support the production of horticultural crops.
  • Monitor plant health and growth, and manage irrigation, fertilisation, pruning and pest and disease control.
  • Assist in breeding programs, crop trials, and testing of new varieties and techniques.
  • Record and analyse data related to plant growth, yield, and environmental effects.
  • Support harvesting, sorting, packaging, and storage of horticultural produce.

Requirements
  • Be in your final year or recently finished a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Ecology and Science with an interest in horticulture.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and have your own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances.
  • Be ready, willing, and available to commence the Graduate Program on a specified date.
