The Corporate Services Hub provides professional Human Resources and Finance services to Information Technology Branch in the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). Set in the Government owned precinct at Beams Road in Carseldine, our office is surrounded by a gorgeous eucalypt forest and offers plenty of free staff parking, just outside the office.
The Human Resources team at Carseldine are a small group of HR generalists who primarily support the Information Technology Branch via a business partner service offering. Our aspiration to nurture and mature our service delivery offering and are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced HR professional with a positive approach and growth mindset to help us to make our aspirations a reality. Our client group are primarily IT professionals who guide and provide innovative, reliable and secure ICT solutions in partnership with TMR customers. TMR provide a wide range ofprofessional development opportunities and current priorities include: digital and data capability, wellbeing, Inclusion and Diversity, safety and Leadership and Management.
The Principal Human Resource Advisor provides direction, support and guidance to the team to provide quality, customer-focussed, strategic and tactical advice to Corporate Division clients. The role oversees a business partner service offering to promote and provide and enable effective contemporary human resource management practices.
Our team are focussed on building our own capability and nurturing a supportive and professional culture and ensure that we dedicate time to learn and grow together so we can deliver best practice human resources services.
