**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage, measure, and report on performance availability, stability, privacy, and accessibility of the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure system health.
- Lead a small team to respond to Level 2 service requests, working closely with the Service and Support team to support and maintain existing Microsoft systems, with a focus on SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Engage with senior leaders to understand technical issues with Microsoft systems with a focus on SharePoint Online and MS Teams and forecast items for future implementation.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and committees that assess technical viability of existing Microsoft systems.
- Act as the customer for future technical changes that are forecast for implementation by a delivery team, by accepting delivery outcomes in consultation with the product owners.
- Identify the need for enterprise architecture services and work closely with senior leaders to develop a technical roadmap for the organisation to support the Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on SharePoint Online, and its relationship to the OIR technical landscape.
- Forecast and manage funding and vendors for platform maintenance to ensure business continuity and growth of the organisation, identifying emerging threats and solutions to mitigate risk.
