Role Purpose
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure and lifting performance.
You will organise people, processes, and systems so leadership has real-time visibility of cash, margins, and project performance.
You will strengthen controls, streamline job costing and WIP tracking, improve billing discipline, and coach the team to achieve consistent, on-time results.
Responsibilities
Team leadership and mentoring
Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for the finance and accounting function
Run a clear operating cadence including weekly finance meetings, month-end, payroll
