**Structural Foreman - Brisbane - Opportunity to join a well-regarded Head Contractor that specialises in Multi-residential in and around Brisbane.**

**Do you have a track record of delivering high profile Multi-residential projects?**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Full Management of all structural elements, steel fixing, formwork facades etc
- Coordination of all logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Strong understandings and knowledge of building regulations
- Implementation of OH&S policies
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Assisting the Project team with project reporting
- Liaison with Site Manager
- Programme formation and implementation
- Maintenance of site diary

**Qualifications & Required Experience**:

- Delivering Multi-residential and commercial new-build
- Must be Brisbane based
- Trade background
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Exceptional rapport-building liaison skills
- A can-do attitude that is driven to succeed
- Team player
