- The People and Patient Experience Team provides strategic and operational services to enhance the experience of patients, consumers, and employees. We recognise the connection between the experience of our workforce and the experience and outcomes for our patients and their families.

**Your contribution**
- The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager will provide exceptional leadership, responsible for the design and hands-on delivery of a range of strategic projects and operational initiatives that support and promote diversity, inclusion and belonging to enhance cultural safety, and the experience of both our staff and patients.
- Embed and oversee the Women's Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Framework
- End-to-end, people-centered project management for key diversity, inclusion and belonging projects including, but not limited to the Women's Gender Equality Action Plan
- Co-design, develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives to support inclusive practice and cultural safety

**About you**

To be successful within this role you will need to have:

- Passion for improving staff, patient and consumer experience through culturally safe, inclusive practices that are free from racism or any form of discrimination
- Extensive project management experience including theory and practice in project management leadership, co-design and partnering practices.
- Demonstrated experience implementing high-impact staff experience or patient/consumer experience improvement initiatives

**COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement***

Please be aware that in line with the Health Minister's Covid-19 Mandatory Vaccination Order, all workers at the Women's regardless of role, will be required to be fully vaccinated (3 doses) for COVID-19 or hold an acceptable medical exemption.

**Influenza Vaccination Requirement**

In line with the Health Services Amendment (Mandatory Vaccination of Healthcare Workers) Act 2020, some health care workers are now required to have their flu vaccination to work in health care. Evidence of vaccination is required.

As this role fits into category C of the departments risk ratings, applicants are strongly encouraged (although not required) to be vaccinated against influenza.)

All applicants will be required to provide acceptable evidence of their vaccination status.
