Accountable to the Manager, you will be largely responsible for providing clinical cover to GEM and Rehabilitation inpatient units at St Georges Hosptial, Kew.Provide patient-centred, timely and effective clinical management across the continuum of care - assessment, intervention, re-evaluation, documentation, team liaison and discharge planningMaintain current knowledge and skills in clinical best practice of clinical units assignedActively participate in departmental clinical supervision programYour Contribution Qualifications providing eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia and the APD programMinimum of two (2) years' post-graduate experience in a relevant field of clinical dietetics.
Prior experience in a similar hospital environment will be highly regarded.Highly developed skills of organisation, time management, planning and problem solvingHighly developed interpersonal skills that incorporate the qualities of excellent communication and teamworkCurrent National criminal history check, or willing to obtainWhat we Offer
