Accountable to the Manager, you will be largely responsible for providing clinical cover to GEM and Rehabilitation inpatient units at St Georges Hosptial, Kew.* Provide patient-centred, timely and effective clinical management across the continuum of care - assessment, intervention, re-evaluation, documentation, team liaison and discharge planning* Maintain current knowledge and skills in clinical best practice of clinical units assigned* Actively participate in departmental clinical supervision program**Your Contribution*** Qualifications providing eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia and the APD program* Minimum of two (2) years' post-graduate experience in a relevant field of clinical dietetics. Prior experience in a similar hospital environment will be highly regarded.* Highly developed skills of organisation, time management, planning and problem solving* Highly developed interpersonal skills that incorporate the qualities of excellent communication and teamwork* Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain**What we Offer**
