**Residential Cleaner - Aged Care, NDIS & Private Homes**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our friendly team. This role focuses on providing high-quality cleaning services in residential settings, including aged care clients, NDIS participants, private homes, and real estate properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces as required
- Provide respectful and supportive service to aged care and NDIS clients, following individual care plans where applicable
- Complete end-of-lease, pre-sale, and inspection cleans for real estate properties to a high standard
- Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow scheduled cleaning plans and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, aged care, NDIS, or real estate cleaning preferred, but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Understanding of privacy, dignity, and confidentiality when working in client homes
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Police clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and driver's licence highly regarded
