What You'll Be Working On:
You will be joining a supportive and established team who provide thorough training and dedicated time to help with your development. Our Payment Executives work week on/week off on two shift times; 7:30am to 4:30pm and 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Your responsibilities are centred around the monitoring and processing of Australia and New Zealand CFD client deposits and withdrawals across various payment channels, ensuring the functions run smoothly and effectively.

You will receive queries from our client facing teams that will require investigation and coordination with our external banking and payment providers. You will act as the go between with financial crime and compliance and the client facing teams to craft an appropriate response.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

- When it comes to clients' money, any error is a big error Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is crucial for this role
- Professionalism and empathy, understanding the value and emotional attachment that clients put on their money and taking that seriously
- Being a problem solver who can investigate and troubleshoot issues while demonstrating reliable time management to meet key non-negotiables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Eligibility to work in Australia permanently
