**Here's what we're searching for as an individual**:

- Previous experience in an assistant management position; preferably a club/day lounge;
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals;
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally;
- Knowledge on beverage menu development;
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met;
- Availability for Monday-Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts);
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business;
- Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
- Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
- You're someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
