Laundy Hotels are seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead a dedicated and enthusiastic team at The Locker Room, located in the iconic Sydney Olympic Park.

The Locker Room takes the traditional pub offering to an elevated experience with an amazing interior and stunning rooftop boasting a cocktail bar with a fireplace. The venue offers large functions spaces and showcases live sports with major stadiums located right on the doorstep. The venue is perfect for families, locals and visitors who are looking for a destination to spend time together and enjoy a fantastic food and beverage offering.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the General Manager, as an Assistant Venue Manager at The Locker Room you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
- In charge of all shift operations from the set-up, running and close down of the venue
- Work as part of the venue leadership team to instill culture of superior customer service leaving the customer 'wanting more'
- Day and night shift reports
- Security of venue
- WHS knowledge
- Implementing policies and procedures within venue

- Individual who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
