**(Casual) Reception roles for Trios Sporting Club**

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Trios Sporting Club. This role involve varying shift patterns across a 7 days schedule between 9am and 9pm. You'll be the first point of contact with our members & patrons so your brilliant customer service skills will be essential and you'll take absolute pride in the presentation of the venue and your work area ensuring it's always clean, tidy and professionally presented. You'll also be taking both face to face and telephone bookings for the restaurant reservations in the venue.
Casual position - 15 - 25 hours a week

**Some of the skills and experience we want you to have are**:

- Customer service experience - the ability to be adaptable and experienced in ensuring everyone who comes into our venues is well versed in the experiences we provide.
- A professional attitude and presentation
- Excellent phone manner and solid written & verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $28.46 - $56.93 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
