**About the Role**
Working in a fast paced and inspiring environment our Stock Manager will work collaboratively with the Merchandising and Buying Team, eCommerce & Digital Team and Retail Teams to ensure the efficient management and operations of stock and stock processes. Our Stock Manager will lead the day to day processes and operations of incoming and outgoing stock ensuring accuracy and efficiency are maintained. You will lead and manage a team of Stock & Merchandise assistants to ensure that all deliverables are achieved and dispatch timelines are met. You will also work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure all stock management and distribution is aligned to our overarching weekly strategies.
**Overview of Responsibilities**
Manage and coordinate the day to day running of stock incoming, stock processing and stock dispatch in an orderly and timely manner. This includes stocktaking and barcoding processes.
Manager receiving all deliveries, unpacking, quality control, updating relevant stock software and preparing all orders for the Coco & Lola retail stores.
Manage and lead the organisation of the stock within Head Office
Support NSW retail stores with the organisation and coordination of their stock rooms.
Lead a team of Stock & Merchandise assistants to ensure that all internal processes are being followed and KPI's and goals are being achieved weekly.
Ensure all teams (retail and HQ) are following the correct internal transfer order process to maintain accurate stock holding.
Work across multiple teams across the Coco & Lola business to ensure accurate inventory is maintained in our systems.
Investigate stock discrepancies in an efficient and timely manner.
Work collaboratively with Coco & Lola team members across different divisions.
Organise and maintain a clean and process driven workspace.
Support internal teams each week with stock reports and updates as required.
Lead the stocktaking process in Head Office and retail boutiques.
Facilitate and fulfill weekly stock moves and stock consolidations to all retail stores.
Manage and ensure all Start of Day and End of Day processes are followed and completed by the Stock Team.
Skill set and experience we are looking for:
Experience in a similar role at a retail fashion company or fashion e-commerce company
Experience with platforms and logistic programs such as Shopify, DHL, Startrack.
Exceptional presentation skills and attention to detail.
Strong partnering & collaborative skills to drive overall stock accuracy and efficiency within the business
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Retail Express (an advantage but not required)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail (extremely important).
Multitasking is essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet and achieve deadlines.
Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
Be self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Thrive in working in a fast paced and hands-on environment.
