**About The Role**
Based in Milperra, you will perform a variety of management support, office and sales administrative tasks, providing efficient and well-rounded support to our Executive Assistant.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Generating and distributing call sheets, raising sales orders when needed, completing new product inventory forms, organising samples, and booking couriers
- Preparing, distributing, and monitoring signage and label requests across all branches
- Organising and distributing new product samples to all branches
- Responding to and monitoring branch maintenance, such as repairs, pest control, requests etc.
- Liaising and coordinating external vendors
- Sourcing and ordering branch furniture, equipment, stationery, and photography samples and liaising with photographers
- Entering product information into systems
- Maintaining website catalogue, content, customer testimonials and associated product information
- Booking venues and organising catering for scheduled events and meetings
- Assisting General Managers and CEO with ad-hoc administration requests
- Price increase notification administration
- Updating and maintaining I.T registers
- Running system queries as requested and pulling customer data from systems to support Marketing proposals
**About You**
To be considered for this role you will possess a proactive approach towards work and discretion with confidential information combined with:
- A proven track record in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent administration, planning and organisational skills, and ability to prioritise and finalise a number of competing tasks
- An analytical mind, with a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
- SAP exposure and/or relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous
