About the Role
In this customer-facing, fast-paced role, you'll be supporting local builders, trades, and internal teams with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries.
Your focus will be on providing outstanding service and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
Key responsibilities :
Responding to phone and email enquiries
Preparing quotes and processing orders
Coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, logistics)
Providing technical and product support
Investigating and resolving issues with professionalism and care
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in customer service, admin or sales support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
A team mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
Experience in the building or manufacturing industry is helpful but not essential; we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
