OHS Manager opportunity in Pakenham | $120k - $150k + super

Your new organisation is an Aussie-owned construction business finding success in multiple key areas of their industry and based in Pakenham.

**Your new role**

As the OHS Manager, your role will see you manage all facets of the function to ensure adherence to statutory and organisational obligations, compliance, and safety culture. You'll also be managing safety incidents and risk management, updating safety systems, running toolbox talks, and everything in between. This is your role and you'll have the opportunity to take full responsibility for the successful running of the function.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum Cert IV in OHS
- OHS Management Systems Lead Auditors Accreditation (desirable) or experience in accredited environments
- Strong experience in similar positions at the management level
- Experience in setting up safety polices & procedures and training programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

**What you'll get in return**
