**Information Technology Project Officer - NSW Government**

A Project Officer is required by a NSW Government department based in the Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid) on an initial contract until the end of November with highly likely extensions.
- **Location: Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid)**:

- **Pay Rate: Up to $549 per day + Super**:

- **Contract Length: Until end of November with highly likely extensions**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking project management & support services within a data transformation project.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide high-level project management & support services including project planning, scheduling, budgeting & identifying any risks to the project
- Respond to enquiries & provide solutions concerning contracts & projects
- Conduct day-to-day project management reporting including risk & schedule management
- Undertake project budgeting & forecasting as well as providing administrative support including but not limited to preparing agendas & meeting minutes

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant workplace experience in IT Project Management/Administration
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the planning & delivery of projects as well as contract administration
- Strong working knowledge on Atlassian products is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
