Job Description As General Manager of this flagship Sydney CBD venue, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, lead a large team, and drive commercial performance.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service and operational excellence Build and lead a high-performing, guest-focused team Oversee financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and the broader community Enhance the entertainment and live sport offering to maximise guest engagement Candidate Profile You are an experienced senior operator with a strong background in high-volume, entertainment-focused venues.
