**Role Overview**- This role has a flexible work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.**Role and Responsibilities**
- **Brand Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies for four medical cannabis brands.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Product Management**: Oversee the lifecycle of each product, ensuring alignment with brand vision and goals.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements and ethical standards

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the medicinal cannabis industry is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in end-to-end brand management..
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
