What is the role?
**As the Bar Manager for our Kingpin Crown venue, you will**:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the bar and our Bar and F&B Attendants with a passionate & collaborative style.
- Take ownership of ordering & stock control, RSA compliance, recruitment and engagement.
- Be heavily involved in the operation of Group & Corporate events across our three bars.
- Be supported by, and provide support to, the Venue Manager and Operations Manager.
- Ensure and promote effective communications to all departments and key stakeholders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Creating and leading a high performing bar team
- Maintain high standards of bar operations and service.

Who are you?
**As our REMARKABLE Bar Manager, you will possess**:

- A minimum of 2+ years within a supervisory role within a high-volume bar.
- The ability to build strong relationships and create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings.
- A razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. After all, #weareroyal.
- Passionate about service standards & able to instil the same pride in your team
- Love working when we're busy - with most hospo gigs, our peak periods are evenings and weekends, so our roster reflect this with a mix of shift times
