About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a lively environment, has a passion for people, and can create world-class cocktails.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations across the venue—including stock control, stocktaking, bar presentation, and team leadership—while driving excellence in a fun and dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee stock control, stocktaking, ordering, and presentation of the bar
  • Mentor, train, and inspire a high-performing team in a positive workplace culture
  • Develop and implement beverage menus, promotions, and activations in line with brand standards
  • Monitor and manage costings and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, health and safety, and venue standards
What We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume cocktail bar or premium restaurant bar
  • Strong cocktail knowledge with creativity and flair
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop staff
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Experience with stock management and cost control
