8-month contract opportunity for a Change Manager to support a NSW state Government organisation

**Your new company**

A leading NSW Government organisation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week).

**Your new role**

As Change Manager, you will be supporting an upgrade and integration of a critical system responsible for how information is shared between two government agencies. This role requires an ability to wear multiple hats and collaborate with the two impacted organisations to understand the pain points of key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing a detailed change management strategy, a comprehensive change plan, change impact assessments, communications, training materials, and engaging with complex stakeholder groups.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be an experienced Change Manager that has supported high-profile system upgrade / integration projects within the Public Sector. You will have end-to-end Change Management experience, from strategy through to implementation. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to liaise with diverse stakeholder groups.

**What you'll get in return**

You will gain an 8-month, part-time contract offering 24 hours per week.You will have the ability to choose when you work and make up your own working week. You will earn up to $900 per day + super and will enjoy flexible working arrangements, whereby the requirement is to be on site one day per week.
