We are searching for a Room Leader who is resourceful, fun and passionate about early childhood education and care. This role is to lead our pre-kinder (2-2.5-year-old) room.

At our bustling long day care and kindergarten, we boast a welcoming and friendly team and a hands-on, supportive and passionate Centre Director. We are a fun-loving, caring workplace with many educator staff who have been with us since we opened. Our management team work closely with every team member to ensure constant development and that everyone feels valued in the caring and education of our children.
- Diploma ACECQA approved qualification relevant to the role
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR (and preferable Anaphylaxis Management, Emergency Asthma Management Training)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including documentation skills
- Understanding of the development of children, their health, hygiene, and nutritional needs, especially as relevant to 2 - 3-year-olds
- Working with Children Check
- Child protection (CHCPRT001) course or refresher
- Knowledge of the VEYLDF, NQS and other relevant regulations as well as an understanding of the implications for our service
