Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Toddler Room Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality education and care to young children while inspiring and leading a dedicated team.

The Role:

As a Toddler Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Supervising and interacting with children to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Leading and collaborating with the room team to deliver a quality program
  • Facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a toddler room setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality education and care to children
