**THE ROLE**

A new 6 month - Limited term contract opportunity to join Origin Energy as the 'People Connect - Service Delivery Lead', reporting to the 'Head of People Connect', is now available. You will lead allocation, planning and forecasting of work across the group to ensure compliance to performance metric and business standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of HR generalists to deliver best practice employee experience administrative and support services across our employee life cycle.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation on processes and service delivery.
- Ensuring appropriate vendor management and delivery of supply chain support.
- Working in close partnership with P&C Leaders and their teams to deliver end-to-end operational services and processes.
- Ensuring the processes and technologies are leveraged to support delivery of operational and customer support services.
- Ensuring appropriate delivery of services within SLAs.

This role is perfect for you if you are an experienced HR generalist and:

- Have a tertiary qualification in a related discipline or have equivalent relevant functional / industry experience.
- You are a great people leader who loves motivating, coaching and developing high preforming teams.
