Let's talk about you- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure- Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the call centre environment- Sound understanding of, and experience in people development, management and leadership of a team- Experience working effectively under pressure, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Demonstrated ability to generate a strong team culture and create strong relationships across the business- Excellent communication skills including listening and responding both orally and in writing

How will you support our "Why?"

The Residential Service Delivery Team Leader is a member of Aussie Broadband's Service Delivery Team and plays a key role in making sure that high standards are met for our residential customers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure that day to day tasks within the Residential Service Delivery Team are being performed in an accurate and timely manner, this included but is not limited to inbox management, provisioning queue management and call queue management- Assist the Service Delivery Manager where required to ensure team KPI's are being met- Lead, coach, develop and guide a team to achieve in all performance areas- Motivate, coach, and develop the team to provide superior customer service- Manage the team, with delivery of customer satisfaction and revenue with timely and quality resolutions of customer queries
