About the Role

**As the Manager, Reporting Systems and Compliance you will**:

- Support the department's goals and objectives through research, trend and data analysis and problem solving to support case management and referral systems and reporting.
- Lead the Reporting Systems and Compliance Team in the day to day operations of systems and data analytics and reporting.
- Lead the provision of accurate, reliable and appropriate reporting of data to meet requirements of the department and external government agencies.
- Manage the day to day operation of the Reporting Systems and Compliance team in the effective management, maintenance, and administration of the complaints management system ensuring that the data is accurate and up to date.
- Lead the preparation of complex information and statistical analysis, to support submissions, policy reviews and correspondence in a clear, concise and confident manner, seeking to understand and adapt to the audience.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of key issues and information by building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Foster the development of team members by providing leadership, guidance, coaching, ongoing assessment and feedback on performance.
