As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients and technicians as well as offering administration support across the organization.Your responsibilities in this role will include:Answer, screen, and forward calls in a professional mannerGreet and welcome guests.Purchase order entry (PRONTO system)Managing incoming Accounts Payable invoices (KOFAX system)Managing Daily Sign in / Out RegisterManaging Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriersDocument filing, organizing, archiving and general Administration DutiesManaging bookings for conference/meeting roomsTo be successful in this role you will require:Excellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detailA positive and professional mannerAbility to work independently and as a team.Previous administration experience.
