What does the job look like?

As an internal service provider, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Queensland Service Centre. You will also assist with providing customer service to Linfox business units, Vendors and Linfox Global Head Office. Key areas:

- Provide excellent customer service and support to Linfox business units and vendors
- Assist with registration renewals and registration of new vehicles
- Create, maintain and update personnel files
- Reception duties - including monitoring of mailboxes
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Prepare briefs and minutes for Toolbox and WHS talks
- Other ad hoc duties as required

Are you the one?
- Previous experience in an administrative and support based role
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy of data entry
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Advanced computer literacy with experience in SAP and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
