Posted Monday 16 June 2025 at 2:00 pm | Expires Monday 7 July 2025 at 1:59 pmOur Thredbo Sales Support Assistants are here to assist guests with enquiries on Lift Passes, Rentals, Lessons and Programs as well as general resort information in person, over the phone, via email and online chat functionalities.
This role requires a strong customer focus and the ability to provide accurate, in depth and tailored information for each guest.
High levels of organisation, work ethic and time management will be necessary to meet role expectations.
You must always ensure accuracy within this fast-paced and rapidly evolving department.
