Our client, a leading workwear, uniform and safety company located throughout Australia is looking for committed Warehouse Manager to join their Ballarat team. With a solid client base, they supply and distribute workwear & safety products from renowned local and international brands.

As Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for providing end to end warehouse operations from receipt and dispatch. You will have proven experience in the development and implementation of systems and processes that ensure overall successful business outcomes and efficiencies.

To be successful in the role you will be:

- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
- An effective communicator who builds and maintains relationships with a variety of stakeholders;
- Tech savvy and be able to develop systems and processes that focus on continuous improvement;
- Hard-working and pro-active with meticulous attention to detail.

On a day to day basis you will;
- Manage end to end warehouse operations including team leadership;
- Develop and implement warehouse systems and processes;
- Unload and receive stock deliveries;
- Picking, packing and consigning customer orders;
- Management of returned items;
- Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness;
- Manage data for freight systems, warehouse management, and customer orders;
- Undertake regular stock-takes.

It is essential that you have physical fitness to undertake manual handling on a daily basis.
