Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end warehouse operations.

About the Role
  • This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including team leadership, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering efficient and effective logistics solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of warehouse staff, focusing on training, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior logistics role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, leading projects, and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
