About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our contemporary performance team. As Head of Contemporary Performance, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative projects that showcase our theatre's artistic excellence.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in arts management, with experience in programme planning, production coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement programme plans that meet our artistic vision
Collaborate with producers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful productions
Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of programmes
Engage with local communities to promote our theatre and its events
