About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences. As Luxury Experience Manager, you will be responsible for curating bespoke itineraries that connect discerning travellers with local experts and exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences.

This role involves collaborating with carefully selected suppliers and trade partners to ensure seamless execution of high-end tours. You will have the creative freedom to design unforgettable moments that shape our reputation on the global stage.

  • Shaping how the world experiences Sydney through one-of-a-kind, personalised journeys.
Key Responsibilities:Itinerary Curation & Quoting

Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with discerning travellers to craft bespoke itineraries tailored to specific interests and budgets. Balance creativity with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare detailed proposals and pricing within defined timelines.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, including inbound tour operators, wholesalers, travel agents, online travel agencies, chief concierges at top hotels, direct clients, and third-party providers.

Tour Coordination & Logistics

Confirm tour bookings, issue invoices, and oversee all logistical arrangements. Orchestrate flawless experiences with third-party providers, including transportation, dining, and exclusive events. Maintain accurate records within our CRM platform.

Post-Tour Engagement & Quality Enhancement

Conduct follow-ups with guests and partners to gather insights and feedback. Use feedback to continually refine and elevate the experience portfolio. Encourage and manage guest testimonials across platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
