An exciting new opportunity has opened for a warm, dynamic **Assistant Venue Manager **to join our expanding Food and Beverage team at Joondalup Resort.

Joondalup Resort is a complete leisure, corporate and tourism venue in the northern suburbs of Perth, with award winning facilities both on and off the golf course.

**THE TAP ROOM**

Our members restaurant the Tap Room is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to assist our Venue Manager.

The Assistant Venue Manager is responsible with the support of the Venue Manager for the daily service of operations and administration of The Golf Members Restaurant and Café 28.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist with the management and coordination of daily service operations
- Assist the Venue Manager to Create, Implement and Maintain Standard Operation Procedures
- Assist Venue Manager to organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure and maintain Guest Satisfaction through Food & Beverage Service
- Create customer relationships to maximise return business
- Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
- Anticipate guest needs and responding politely to their requests
- very hands-on approach with great attention to details
- immaculate grooming and professional image
- critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- strong organisational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- an outgoing, vibrant personality with drive and enthusiasm

The following will be required upon commencement:

- Approved Managers Certificate
- Police Clearance Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Hospitality Hygiene Officer Certificate
