Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our DevSecOps strategy, leveraging their expertise in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks to develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

Develop and execute a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor Technology teams to drive security innovation and excellence.
Identify, assess, and mitigate DevOps and security risks through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Embed DevSecOps principles early in design through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Champion security automation, including SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and container security.
Lead SRE teams to improve system reliability and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead by example and gain the respect of peers and executives.
Extensive experience (12+ years) in DevSecOps, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies and roadmaps.
Knowledge and experience in ITIL practices with a proven track record of implementing service management capabilities.
Experience leading quality management teams as part of an assurance governance process.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
