Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our DevSecOps strategy, leveraging their expertise in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks to develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Technology teams to drive security innovation and excellence.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate DevOps and security risks through proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Embed DevSecOps principles early in design through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
  • Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Champion security automation, including SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and container security.
  • Lead SRE teams to improve system reliability and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead by example and gain the respect of peers and executives.
  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in DevSecOps, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL practices with a proven track record of implementing service management capabilities.
  • Experience leading quality management teams as part of an assurance governance process.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
