This is a high-trust, hands-on role, providing direct support to two senior leaders.
You'll be the strategic link between them and the wider organisation—ensuring their time is well managed, priorities are clear, and communication flows smoothly.This position is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys building strong working relationships, and can balance professionalism with a calm, solutions-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportProactively manage complex and overlapping diaries, with thoughtful and strategic scheduling.Anticipate needs and prepare information, solutions, and options in advance.Draft, monitor, and respond to emails on behalf of leaders where appropriate.Coordinate travel and logistics, ensuring efficiency and minimising mental load.Track actions and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.Prepare agendas, briefs, and documents for meetings; capture and follow through on outcomes.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementAct as the trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Support leaders in managing major donor and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and diplomacy.Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgement.Organisational SupportOversee leave requests and scheduling to ensure smooth organisational coverage.Monitor and follow up on sick leave and approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support broader organisational priorities, including coordinating calendars and decision-making processes.About YouYou're an experienced Executive Assistant who understands the pace and demands of supporting senior leaders.
