- Full-time, fixed term contract until 3 August 2025
- Commencement salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Executive Officer, you'll provide high-level executive support to the Executive Dean, Dean of Research, and General Manager. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and prepare essential documents for key meetings. As the primary point of contact for the leadership team, you'll ensure clear communication, maintain confidentiality, and keep operations running smoothly. You'll also organise events, manage records, and contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Significant experience in providing executive level support (including complex diary management) to senior managers with the requirement to proactively respond to challenges, determine competing priorities, exercise independent judgement, work with documents of a sensitive nature, and an ability to maintain confidentiality of the highest standard
- Superior interpersonal/ communication skills and experience building relationships and demonstrating the highest level of customer service with a diverse range of people and cultures at various levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and anticipate future requirements. High degree of initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to instigate and undertake tasks with mínimal supervision or direction including acting as a team-player
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality correspondence with high level attention to detail and the ability to provide editing and presentation assistance on a broad range of documentation
