As the Microsoft Alliance Program Lead, you will be responsible for the development and execution of programs and processes required to support our Growth Markets Microsoft strategic initiatives.
- You will provide Microsoft related operational support and co-ordination to define and drive critical business processes and including planning, operations, and strategy implementation.
- You will be responsible for managing Microsoft related complex daily operations, defining appropriate programs, planning and sourcing to meet current and future business needs. Your responsibilities will likely span multiple concurrent projects.
- Your stakeholders will cover both key internal and external stakeholders with great exposure to a range of business issues and challenges. You will be able to develop strong working relationships across our Growth Markets and broader geography.

Day-to-Day
- Act as a point of contact within and outside team/project to ensure connection, integration of team members, and timely response to requests
- Orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure. Manage project dependencies, deliverable completion, milestone compliance, and cost/budget. Provide coordination and communication with appropriate teams to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments
- Track, measure, report, and communicate project costs, performance issues, and risks
- Minimize exposure to project risks/issues by developing mitigation plans and escalating critical risks and issues that cannot be resolved
- Produce and review project status reports and action item logs to identify issues; address risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders or action item assignees or raise them to the attention of senior management for further direction.
- Provide continuous improvement to processes, tools, metrics, and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics, and feedback from other stakeholders, to drive further efficiencies in the organization
- Support the standard management reporting processes and metrics by creating templates, role aids, and other materials and produce reporting packages as required
- Attend key stakeholder meetings and contribute ideas and approaches
- Manage the goals, objectives, overall performance, and budget of assigned projects and teams-Take on critical roles as needed

Team Participation
- You will be an active member of the Team and & help drive and follow up activities given team structure. You challenge the status quo.
- Program / Projects
- Lead and drive MSFT related programs of work (technical & non-technical) for Growth Markets
- Liaise and work with cross functional teams within Avanade as well as with external teams.
- Manage relevant key milestones & deliverables
- Monitor & manage progress across agreed KPIs.
- Responsible for the sign-off on all process changes
- Ensure all projects are value add and ROI (where applicable)
- Responsible for supporting relevant MS change management activities for Growth Markets

Global Operations
- Support Area MS Alliance Lead with Growth Markets presentations for global programs
- Lead and drive global programs of work across Growth Markets teams
- Drive efficiency - not at the cost of the function or our people
- Reporting, Analytics & Compliance
- Ownership of relevant Reporting & Metrics for Growth Markets
- Management of all Reporting
- Ownership of all Scorecards
- Management of the All Hands Call Pack
- Drive audit and compliance across the Area
- Technology / Tool & Platforms
- Microsoft Programs POC for all systems and HR Tech to ITS and Global Operations
- Drive innovation - new tools discovery & drive more training & usage of tools for greater insight
- Ensure technology supports and does not drive the function
- Responsible for the sign-off on all MS related process changes
- Process re-engineering (where applicable)
- Process Ownership
- Support the Region MS Alliance Leads on the design, creation, and maintenance of all processes
- Responsible for creation, update and maintenance of process documentation
