**The role**

In this role, you will provide a comprehensive customer focused service and assume responsibility for all administrative duties within the Medical Practice area. This includes the efficient and effective coordination of the banking and debt collection functions of the department and ensuring that all monies received are receipted, reconciled and banked daily.

**What you will bring**
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong customer service skills & a commitment to excellence
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- High level of computer skills within the Microsoft suite of products
- Desirable_
- Previous experience in a medical administrative
- Billing or accounts receivable experience
- Certificate in Medical Terminology
- Previous hospital administration or medical services experience

**Requirements**:
