Our members-based financial services client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in the heart of West Perth.

**The role and what we are looking for**

Reporting to the Head of HR & Safety, our client's HRBPs delivers a customer focused approach in a generalist HR environment. Key duties include:

- Delivering efficient, best practice and customer focused HR business processes.
- Supporting the delivery of a full service, generalist HR function that includes recruitment, remuneration, employee relations and culture.
- Contributing to the overall business performance through the provision of practical guidance, technical advice, and day-to-day operational support.
- Contributing to and supporting HR and safety strategies.
- Previous customer focused generalist HR experience.
- Experience managing investigations end to end.
- Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- A sound understanding and knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will often be put on the spot and relied upon to provide considered and balanced advice on all facets of HR.
- Demonstrated experience influencing at all levels of the business including executive leadership.
- The ability to reprioritise based on a changing environment.
