**YOUR Role **as a Structural Foreman will see you become an integral part of their success and this role provides a genuine opportunity to show case your skills gained from high end medium rise multi-residential construction. You will be employed on a permanent basis and will be commencing on a
**High-end Multi-Residential Project based in Palm Beach, valued around $20M.**

**YOUR Experience will centre around the following areas**:

- Medium and low rise construction background with tenure in your CV
- High End multi-residential building experience
- You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and expert knowledge
- Expert persuasive communication style
- Team orientated and can-do attitude
- Willingness to create and maintain a safe work place
- Strong and proactive safety ethos.
