The Company
We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of all structure trades on site, starting from the dig and bringing the structure out of the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring safety is closely managed through correct documentation and methodology and safe work practice.
- Driving productivity and creating short-range programs (2/4 week look ahead).
- Managing quality control, hold points, and ITPs.

This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will be working on multi-level residential towers, preferably delivering a class 1 product. You will be a proven leader and passionate about your trade and your team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience working on mid to high-rise residential towers and a strong background in quality control. A Facade Foreman role for 5 years + is preferred.
