The mine produces over 250,000 tonnes per annum and has a projected mine life of more than 10 years.

Only a 15 min bus from camp to site and 30 min from the airportKey ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in PSI meetings and morning coordination meetings with the mining teamValidate and review maintenance data from the previous 24 hours to ensure accuracy and follow-upWork closely with the Maintenance Planner to prioritise, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activitiesProvide leadership and day-to-day support to maintenance personnelDrive workforce planning, including involvement in recruitment and resourcingOversee and support the performance, wellbeing, and development of maintenance personnelManage performance, conduct disciplinary processes, and lead formal investigations as requiredConduct and support RCA for equipment failures and reliability issuesPromote and maintain a strong safety and compliance culture across all maintenance activitiesIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvements in safety, reliability, and team effectivenessWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated alignment to Gold Fields' core values: Safety, Respect, Collaboration and ResponsibilityStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised individual with the capacity to adjust to shifting demands and prioritiesPrevious leadership experience in mobile maintenance operations, ideally within a large team environmentA passion for development, combined with a proven ability to mentor supervisors and teams to achieve their full potentialIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Epiroc, CAT and Sandvik underground mining equipmentExposure to maintenance planning and scheduling with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvementWell-developed computer skills, including desired experience in SAP, INX, and Microsoft Office SuiteAustralian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade QualificationS26 Supervisor certification or verified eligibility and willingness to obtain in line with WHS requirementsHow to ApplyIf you're an experienced and driven Mobile Maintenance Coordinator looking for a fresh challenge, or Supervisor ready to step into operational leadership (that may not tick all the boxes yet), we'd love to hear from you.
