Role Details: Reporting to the Coordinator: Mechanical Mobile, you will oversee the execution and supervision of mechanical maintenance for mobile underground and surface equipment.

This is a FIFO role from Perth, with an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster.

Provide field support, guidance, and leadership on safety and work management.
Ensure maintenance schedules are met and equipment is properly serviced.
Monitor team performance and support training and mentoring.
Maintain equipment across various departments and sites.
Contribute to developing maintenance procedures and driving innovation.
