**The Role**

As our Retail Business Manager at **smart** Melbourne, you won't just be another cog in the machine—you'll be the engine driving our success We're looking for someone who can handle it all:
Sales Performance: Selling vehicles, finance, insurance, and car care packages with flair.

Team Leader: Manage and motivate a small team to achieve outstanding results.

Customer Experience Expert: Ensure every customer experience is top-notch, leaving them excited to drive away in their new smart car.

**About you**:

- Finance expereince preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn & grow within the organisation
- Goal-focused & unwavering attitude toward success
- Able to work within a tight-knit sales team
- An entrepreneurial attitude
- Currently holding a valid VIC driver's licence
