Our opportunity

As Development Manager, you will manage and deliver projects including taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and program delivery.

This is a 9-month fixed term opportunity.

**Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:
Create and manage project feasibility - single stage, multi stages, JV models and all components of financial model.
Establish and manage budgets and cash flows accurately.
Review and manage development programme and brief.
Ability to identify all aspects of development including identifying deficiencies, standardisation, innovation, revenue time and cost to extract maximum value.
Identify and communicate 'the bigger picture', new business opportunities, and put together requirements.
Value management of all aspects and stages of the project.
Your point of difference

To be successful you will have demonstrated development industry experience, specific in apartments or built form asset class.

You will demonstrate strong project management skills and a strong understanding in legal, regulatory, and other industry matters with the ability to provide recommendations for actions internally with project feasibility.

You will be confident with stakeholder engagement and be able to build strong relationships and be able to deal with ambiguity and conflict resolution.
